The fourth flood peak of the mainstream of Huaihe River this year passed over Wangjiaba smoothly on Sep 1st with the water level of the flood peek reaching 27.55 meters,0.05 M higher than the alert level. It is reported that the flood peak is moving down to the lower reach slowly now.
