As an important part of .the planning of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China and the key project of Anhui “861” Program, the large-Scale Sewage Treatment Plant with a total investment of 193.26 million RMB and a daily handling capacity of 100,000 tons was put into operation to improve the environment greatly in western Huainan City of Anhui Province, Aug. 31.
