Foreign exchange incomes in Hefei totalled 473 million dollars in the first eight months this year, and overseas project contracting is reported to have contributed the most. The turnover of Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute reached 141 million dollars, surpassing all other enterprises in Anhui Province.
